TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Scope of Service & Expansion Coverage

NNet specializes in delivering direct high-speed symmetric optical fiber bandwidth and synchronized point-to-point wireless transmission specifically calibrated for student hostels (such as Safari Hostels, Moro Hostels corridor, etc.), campus offices, and private developer hubs surrounding Kwara State University (KWASU), Malete.

As an expanding regional carrier, our services are structured under continuous deployment guidelines. We operate actively in designated Coverage Ring Zones. Out-of-zone setups require custom routing assessments by a field engineering team dispatched from our central control station.

2. Symmetrical Academic Bandwidth Sharing & Fair Usage

Unlike conventional Nigerian ISPs that choke uploads and throttles virtual servers, NNet offers fully symmetrical bandwidth. However, to guarantee supreme performance for all students doing remote programming, online research, and continuous video lectures, the following restrictions apply:

• Reselling Choked Bandwidth: Sub-leasing or broadcasting NNet services across secondary local sub-nets to neighboring hostels without an authorized Multi-Tenant Operator (MTO) license is strictly prohibited.
• Torrents and High-Impact Protocols: Bulk seeding of non-academic media protocol packets between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM is automatically de-prioritized in favor of scholastic resources, video calls, and source repository deployments.

3. Client Equipment Protection (Weather & Surge Contingencies)

Due to the intense thunderstorm profiles across Kwasu surroundings and Moro Local Government areas, lightning rods and high-grade surge protectors are required for all wireless point-to-point receiver dish setups (e.g., NNet Extreme Dish configurations).

The client accepts responsibility for preserving internal PoE routers and adapter cables from extreme heat or direct liquid contact within the hostel quarters. Hardware destroyed through localized electrical surge spikes is subject to a replacement logistics fee under standard diagnostic terms.

4. Billing Cycles & Subscription Renewals

All internet service plans are billed upfront relative to their listed cycles (7 Days, 30 Days, or custom semester blocks). There are zero hidden activation taxes, no throttling caps, and NNet guarantees automatic connection pause upon direct cycle expiry—making sure you are never charged for unwanted overages.
